  Absolutely terrible experience! I went for breakfast this morning with my partner as they didn't look as busy as the Coffee Club (now I know why). We ordered and we're sitting waiting for our food for an hour before a waitress came over and told us they had 'lost' our order and it would be out in 15 minutes. When it came out they gave me the wrong meal and gave my meal to a lady sitting at the table across from us so we had to swap meals. When I finally began eating my meal I noticed there was something on my spinach, I looked closer and noticed it was a small spider which was still alive!! When a girl came over to ask how our meals were I showed her the spider on the spinach which I had placed on my napkin and she apologised and said 'I'll get you a new napkin'. Obviously I did not want to eat my meal knowing there had been a spider in there. The girl came back again and told me she spoke with her supervisor and they were going to take my meal off the bill, however did not offer to cook me a new meal or take my meal away! I could understand the mix arounds if it was busy, however it was not and having spiders in the meals is just absolutely terrible and so unsanitary! A definite health and safety risk. Will certainly not recommend going here and I will not be back.

  Decided to try Toscani's, after the closure of Carindale and it was the best move we could have done. Outstanding customer service with our large booking, the food was delicious and I couldn't recommend highly enough. We will be back for sure.
